By the present application, the applicant seeks permission to deposit the compensation amount under the judgment and award dated 28/04/2022 passed in L.A.C. No.97/2014 by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Kelapur.

Permission is granted to deposit the entire amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon within a period of two weeks from today.

On the grounds set out in the application, the applicant is permitted to serve non-applicant No.1(iv) by publishing notice in the daily newspaper "Lokmat", having circulation in Yavatmal and Chandrapur Districts.
