By the present application, the appellant-acquiring body seeks further eight weeks' time to deposit the entire amount of compensation in terms of the judgment and award dated 18/06/2025 passed in L.A.R. No.111/2013 by the learned 9th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Akola, and also seeks extension of time to deposit the said amount in compliance with the order dated 14/01/2026.

On the grounds set out in the application, further eight weeks' time is granted for depositing the entire amount of compensation. 04.
