By the present application, the appellant/ original claimant seeks leave to withdraw the entire amount of compensation of Rs.3,39,891/- along with accrued interest thereto.

Needless to mention that on 25.06.2024, this Court passed the following order:- "1.

Heard.

The learned Advocate for the appellant has placed a pursis dated 18.06.2024 and submits that the present appeal is covered by the judgment passed by this Court in First Appeal No.364/2016 on 22.02.2021. Therefore, he has requested that this appeal be disposed of in view of the judgment referred above.

The appeal is disposed of."

Accordingly, respondent no. 3- acquiring body has deposited the entire enhanced compensation amount before this Court on 27.03.2026. Therefore, it would be just and proper to permit the appellant/original claimant to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited by respondent no. 3- acquiring body. Hence, appellant/original claimant is permitted to withdraw entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest thereto.

Accordingly, the civil application stands disposed of.
