By the present application, respondent Nos.1 to 5 seek correction in paragraph 4 of the order dated 18/09/2025 to the extent that verification of respondent Nos.1, 3 to 5 be done through respondent No.2, instead of respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4, as inadvertently recorded. 03.

In paragraph 2 of the said order, this Court had permitted respondent Nos.1 to 5 to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant/acquiring body along with accrued interest thereon upon furnishing usual undertaking to the Registry. However, in paragraph 4, it has been incorrectly recorded that verification of respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 be done through respondent No.2 instead of respondent Nos.1, 3 to 5.

Accordingly, paragraph 4 of the order dated 18/09/2025 stands corrected to the effect that "verification of respondent Nos.1, 3 to 5 be done through respondent No.2". The corrected order be uploaded. 05.
