By the present application, the applicant/ insurance company seeks condonation of delay of 26 days caused while lodging the appeal against the judgment and award dated 03.11.2025 passed in MACP No. 830/2022 by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 25.06.2026.

In addition to the regular mode, the applicant is also permitted to serve the non-applicants by the Speed-post.

By the present application, the applicantinsurance company seeks stay to the impugned judgment and award dated 03.11.2025 passed in MACP No. 830/2022 by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur.

Considering the grounds set out in the application as well as the nature of the decree, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award is hereby stayed subject to deposit of the entire decreetal amount with accrued interest before this Court within a period of eight weeks from today.

It is made clear that if the applicant fails to deposit the entire compensation amount within the stipulated period, the stay granted shall automatically stands vacated without further reference to the Court. 9.

The application stands disposed of.
