No. 2169/2026 in First Appeal No.411/2009 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 09.06.2026 The civil application is filed by appellant under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and 9 to 13 by way of paper publication. It is contended that notice issued to aforesaid respondents received back unserved for want of correct address.

Further, it is contended that the no other addresses except mentioned the cause title are available with the appellant. Thus, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Punya Nagari (Marathi)", in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
