By the present application, respondent no. 3/original claimant is seeking permission to release his share which was kept in the Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) along with accrued interest.

Since, the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled in the Lokadalat on 27.07.2024 but at that time respondent no. 3 was minor hence, his share of the compensation was kept in the FDR. Now, respondent no. 3 has attend majority therefore, it would be just and proper to permit respondent no. 3- Adarsh S/o. Vijay Zalke to RR Jaiswal

2 25-caf-2177-26.odt withdraw the entire amount of compensation kept in FDR along with accrued interest thereon.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
