The learned counsel for the insurance company submitted that First Appeal No.1053/2015 was disposed of on 13.02.2026. The insurance company under the said order was required to deposit enhanced compensation but since no specific direction regarding deposit of amount was given, the amount could not be deposited.

In view of the averments made in the civil application and as it is not seriously opposed, the application is allowed. Respondent no.3/insurance company is permitted to deposit the amount with the registry of this Court.

Once amount is deposited, the claimants shall be entitled for withdrawal of the same alongwith accrued interest.

The application stands disposed of.
