C.A.F. NO. 2287/2026 in First Appeal No. 1089/2024 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 09/06/2026 The application is taken out for permission to serve notice upon R.No. 4 by registered post. It is contended that notice issued to respondent No.4, however as per bailiff report, notice could not be served for want of correct and detail address. It is further contended that the appellant has only address which is mentioned in the cause title and also the same address at trial court. Hence, the appellant wants to serve notice to R.No. 4 by registered post.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Permission to serve by R.P.A.D. is granted, returnable within four weeks. Necessary RPAd postage be provided.
