It is contended that notice issued to respondent Nos.1 & 2 as per bailiff report received back unserved for want of correct address. Hence, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondents by private service / speed post.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is partly allowed in the interest of justice. The applicant is permitted to serve aforesaid respondents by Speed Post returnable within four weeks after issuance of notice.

The appellant to furnish necessary Speed Post postage.
