This application is filed by the respondent No.1/claimant for withdrawal of the interest accrued on the compensation amount deposited by the appellant. 2.

The appeal is already dismissed vide order dated 17.04.2026.

By this application, the respondent No.1/claimant is praying for withdrawal of the interest accrued on the compensation amount deposited by the applicant/appellant in this Court.

It is submitted that the appellant had deposited an amount of Rs.6,89,059/- before this Court. Vide order dated 25.10.2013, the respondent No.1/claimant was permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court. Thereafter, vide order dated 03.07.2019 further withdrawal of balance 50% amount of

2 9-CAF-2393-2026.odt compensation came to be permitted. However, the interest accrued on the compensation amount is yet to be withdrawn by the respondent No.1/claimant.

Hence, respondent No.1/claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount of interest accrued on the compensation amount, which is not withdrawn by the respondent No.1/claimant.
