Vide order dated 19/01/2026, Appeal Against Order was disposed of, requesting the Trial Court to decide Special Civil Suit No.17/2014 before 31/01/2027. However, there is inadvertent typographical error in the order, mentioning the date as '31/01/2026' instead of '31/01/2027'. 2.

The date '31/01/2026', mentioned in the order dated 19/01/2026, in paragraph no.2 in last line, be replaced with date '31/01/2027'.

Necessary corrections be carried out in the order dated 19/01/2026 and corrected order be uploaded on the official website.

Motion for speaking to minutes is disposed of accordingly.

Learned Trial Court has issued letter dated 05/03/2026, requesting for extension of time, in view of typographical error that has crept in the order dated 19/01/2026, passed by this Court.
