No. 29/2026 in Appeal from Order No. 23/2025 Coram : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) Dated : 07/05/2026 This application is filed by the appellant for bringing the names as legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.4 - Smt. Shakuntala W/o Narhari Nighot on record. It is stated in the application that respondent No.4 died on 13.03.2026. The copy of death certificate is enclosed with application. Hence, appellant prays for bringing the names as legal representatives of deceased respondent No.4 on record.

It appears that the respondent No.4 expired on 13.03.2026 i.e. during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 23.04.2026 i.e. within the time stipulated and right to sue survives. Hence, the application is allowed. Permission is granted to the appellant to bring names as legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.4 i.e. respondent Nos. 4(a) to 4(d) on record. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
