Appellant No.1 - Mahesh Chokhelal Gupta, appellant No.2 - Shekar Chokhelal Gupta, respondent No.1 - Hukumchand Chokhelal Gupta, respondent No.2 - Mohanlal Chokhelal Gupta, respondent No.3 - Leelabai Bharatlal Gupta and respondent No.4 - Sau. Sheelabai Dinesh Gupta are personally present before this Court. 03.

The appellants and the respondents have filed an application seeking a decree in terms of compromise. As per the terms of compromise, the applicants and the non-applicants have agreed to sell the suit property through the applicants, whose names are recorded in the record of rights, after deleting the name of deceased Chokhelal Gupta, father of the appellants and the respondents. Both the applicants and the non-applicants have agreed to distribute the sale consideration in equal shares. The parties have further agreed that they shall take appropriate steps for deletion of the name of their ancestor from the property card by filing an appropriate application before the competent authority.

Since the parties have agreed to settle the dispute on the aforesaid terms, they are directed to appear before the Lok Adalat scheduled to be held on 9th May, 2026.
