O R D E R

(Passed on 09.05.2026) The parties have filed application dated 9.2.2026 for passing Compromise Decree. Today, the parties, through V.C. remained present. They have accepted the contents of the application dated 9.2.2026.

The instant appeal is filed by original defendant nos. 3 and 4 challenging the judgment and decree of partition, passed by the learned trial Court in Regular Civil Suit No. 118/2012 granting 1/6th share to the plaintiff and defendant nos. 2 to 6. 3.

By way of compromise, the appellants and the respondents have agreed to the sale suit property and distribute the sale consideration equally (paragraphs 1(a) and 1(b) of the application dated 9.2.2026).

In view of the compromise, Second Appeal Stamp No. 15053/2024 is disposed of as settled.

The learned counsel for the appellant has not pressed the clause No. 1(c) of the application dated 9.2.2026. The Second Appeal is disposed of as settled. Court fee be refunded as per rules.
