JANUARY 16, 2026 1) Learned counsel for the appellant/applicant states the notice issued to respondent No.1 through speed post on address given in the cause title and on another address are returned back unserved with endorsement that the addressee does not reside on the said addresses. He states that the respondent No.1 was proceeded ex-parte before the learned trial Court as well. Apart from this, the respondent No.1 has sold the suit property to the respondent No.6.

2) In view of the aforesaid, permission is granted to serve the respondent No.1 by paper publication in daily news paper "Lokmat" (Marathi). Notice is made returnable on 23/02/2026. 3) Civil Application is disposed of.
