C.A.S. No. 79/2026 in C.A.S. No. 1093/2024 in Second Appeal St. No.15860/2024 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 22.01.2026 The application of appellants is taken out to correct the address of Respondent No. 1-d.

It is stated in the application that the notice issued to aforesaid respondent received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that appellants are providing correct address of Respondent No.1-d. Thus, the appellants want to serve aforesaid respondent and to make necessary amendment in the cause title.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

As per office note, matter is under objection Nos.5 &19. Two weeks time is granted to remove said objections.
