C.A.S. No. 87/2026 in Second Appeal No.443/2019 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 22.01.2026 The application of appellant is taken out to correct the address of Respondent No. 2(A) (iv). It is stated in the application that the notice issued to Respondent No.2(A)(iv) received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that appellants are providing correct address of aforesaid respondent. Thus, the appellant want to serve aforesaid respondent on correct address.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to aforesaid respondent, returnable within four weeks.
