C.A.S. No. 125/2026 in Second Appeal No. 87/2015 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 05.02.2026 The application is taken out by appellants to issue fresh notices to Respondent No.2(a) to 2(c) and permission to serve them by way of Hamdast. It is stated in the application that notice issued to aforesaid respondents received back unserved due to locked doors.

Thus, the appellants want to serve aforesaid respondents and by fresh notice and by way of Hamdast.

Since, the application is formal in nature the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

Thereafter, Office to issue fresh notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within four weeks.

Hamdast be granted.
