No. 130/2026 in Second Appeal No.376/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 12.02.2026 The civil application is filed by appellants under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon Respondent No.2 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to respondent No.2 rceived back unserved with bailiff report that Respondent No.2 is not residing at the given address. Thus, the appellants want to serve Respondent No.2 - by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon respondent No.2 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Dainik Jagran (Hindi) at New Delhi in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
