FEBRUARY 05, 2026 1) Vide order dated 09/01/2026, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 were directed to deposit sum of Rs.21,50,000/- with this Court since they have sold the suit property to the respondent No.3 disregarding the compromise terms signed by them. 2) Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 points out that the ready reckoner value of the property is Rs.21,50,000/-, however, the property sold for a consideration of Rs.10,00,000/- only. He seeks modification of the order dated 09/01/2026 on this ground.

3) Perusal of the sale deed indeed indicates that the actual sale consideration is Rs.10,00,000/-.

4) In view of above, order dated 09/01/2026 stands modified by directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to deposit the amount of Rs.10,00,000/-with this Court instead of KOLHE

The words 'Rs.21,50,000/-' be deleted from paragraph 5 of the order dated 09/01/2026 and same be substituted with the words 'Rs.10,00,000/-'. 5) The respondent Nos.1 and 2 are personally present before the Court. Learned counsel Mr.Y.B.Sonawane, for respondent Nos.1 and 2 on instructions states that amount of Rs.10,00,000/- received by them from the respondent No.3, would be deposited in this Court positively on or before 05/03/2026.

6) List the appeal for further consideration on 06/03/2026.
