C.A.S. No.144/2026 IN SECOND APPEAL No. 271/2010 Coram : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) Dated : 12/02/2026 This application is filed by the applicants/ legal heirs of deceased Appellant- Kawdu S/o Bhauraoji Shrikhande for bringing their names on record as legal heirs of deceased Appellant.

As per the application, Appellant died on 24.12.2025. The copy of death certificate is enclosed with application. Hence, the applicants/ legal heirs of the deceased Appellant pray for bringing their names on record as legal heirs of deceased Appellant.

It is seen that the Appellant has expired on 24.12.2025 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 05.02.2026 i.e. within the time stipulated and right to sue survives. Hence, the application is allowed. Permission is granted to the applicants to bring their names as legal heirs of the deceased Appellant on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
