It is stated in the application that R. No.5 died on 01/10/2023 and she was unmarried and has no legal heir (Certificate of Up-Sarpanch Gram Panchayat Chincholi confirming the death of Respondent No.5 is enclosed herewith). Thus, the appellants want to delete the name of R. No.5 on record.

Since the application is formal in nature and on Solemn Affirmation, the same is allowed.

The appellants are permitted to delete the name of Respondent No.5 at their own risk.
