C.A.S. No.170/2026 in Second Appeal No. 232/2022 Coram : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) Dated : 26/02/2026 This application is filed by the applicants/ legal heirs of deceased Appellant No.4 - Dhananjay Rambhau Ladole for bringing their names on record as legal heirs of deceased Appellant No.4.

As per the application, Appellant No.4 died on 21.11.2025. The copy of death certificate is enclosed with application. Hence, the applicants/ legal heirs of the deceased Appellant prays for bringing their names on record as legal heirs of deceased Appellant No.4 It is seen that the Appellant has expired on 21.11.2025 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 04.02.2026 i.e. within the time stipulated and right to sue survives. Hence, the application is allowed. Permission is granted to the applicants to bring their names as legal heirs of the deceased Appellant No.4 on record. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
