DATE : 23/03/2026 Second Appeal No.610 of 2018 came to be allowed vide judgment dated 08.05.2025 by virtue of which suit filed by the respondents came to be dismissed. The appellants who are the original defendants had deposited amount of Rs.1,00,000/- with this Court pursuant to order dated 28.08.2024. Since the appeal is allowed resulting in dismissal of the suit, application for withdrawal of amount is allowed. The amount deposited by the appellants/applicants with this Court be refunded along with accrued interest, if any.
