Delay caused in filing application for bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant no.1-c is condoned, abatement of appeal against deceased appellant No.1-c is set aside and permission is granted to bring names of legal representatives of deceased appellant No.1-c on record as respondent Nos.2-a to 2-d, since they are not ready to prosecute the appeal as appellants as per statement made in paragraph 4 in the civil application.
