The appellant No.2 has expired. These are applications seeking condonation of delay in filing application for bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant No.2 on record, setting aside abatement of appeal against him and for bringing his legal representatives on record. The appellants have stated that they were informed about the need to bring the legal representatives on record only when they contacted their advocate on 12.02.2026. The applicants have contesting the litigation since the year 2007, when the suit was filed.

Having regard to the contents of the application, as also the fact that litigation between the parties is pending for around 19 years, applications for condonation of delay, setting aside abatement and for permission to bring the legal representatives of deceased appellant No.2 on record are allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out on or before 06.03.2021.
