The appellant No.2 has expired. These are applications seeking condonation of delay of 704 days in filing application for bringing his legal representatives on record, setting aside abatement of appeal against qua appellant No.2 and for permission to bring the legal representatives on record. The appellant No.1 is widow of appellant No.2 who is aged around 75 years. The third legal representative is married daughter. The second legal representative is under medical treatment. The medical papers are filed on record along with the application. 2.

In view of the above, delay caused in filing application for bring legal representatives of deceased appellant No.2 on record is condoned, abatement of appeal against appellant No.2 is set aside and permission is granted for bringing the names of applicants as legal representatives
