No. 180/2024 in Second Appeal St. No.25559/2023 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 26.02.2026 The civil application is filed by appellants under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon Respondent Nos. 21, 4 & 6 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the notices issued to aforesaid respondents received back unserved with remark unclaimed. Thus, the appellants want to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication. However, as per office note Respondent No.6 is already served.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is partly allowed. Substituted service be effected upon respondent Nos. 22 & 4 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Nav Bharat" in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
