No. 423/2025 in Second Appeal St. No.23117/2024 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 26.02.2026 The application of appellants is taken out to amend new addresses of Respondent Nos. 1, 3, 7 & 8. It is stated by the appellants in the application that during the pendency of this appeal addresses of aforesaid respondents is changed. Also, as per bailiff report, the notice issued to aforesaid respondents received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that appellants are providing correct address of aforesaid respondents. Thus, the appellants want to amend the addresses of aforesaid respondents.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within four weeks.

Second Appeal St. No. 23117/2024 As per office note, notice issued to Respondent No.4 received back unserved for want of correct address. Hence, appellants to file civil application for correct address of R No.4.
