No. 220/2024 in Second Appeal St. No.946/2024 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 26.02.2026 The application of appellant is taken out to correct the address of Respondent No.1. As per application, the notice could not be served to the aforesaid respondent for want of correct address.

Also, as per bailiff report, notice issued to aforesaid respondent received back unserved for want of time. It is further stated in the application that appellant is providing correct address of aforesaid respondent. Thus, the appellant want to supply correct address of aforesaid respondent.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within four weeks.
