It is stated in the application that appellants are providing correct address of Respondent No.7. This office has issued notice to R. No.7 received back unserved for want of time as per bailiff report. Thus, the appellant want to correct the address of Respondent No.7.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the Respondent No.7 returnable within four weeks.
