This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 230 days in filing second appeal. It is stated that the appeal could not be filed within the prescribed period of limitation due to financial constraints. The statement made on affidavit in the application is not disputed by filing reply. Therefore, although the learned Advocate for the respondent opposes the application, the application for condonation of delay is allowed.
