No. 849/2025 in Second Appeal St. No. 4268/2025 Coram : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) Dated : 26/02/2026 This application is filed by the appellants for bringing legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 - Shiva S/o Shalikram Ronghe on record. It is stated in the application that Respondent No.1 died on 05.08.2025. The copy of death certificate is enclosed with application. Hence, the Appellants pray for bringing the names of legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 on record.

Though, in the application appellants stated that respondent No.1 died on 05.08.2025, from the death certificate it appears that the respondent No.1 expired on 06.08.2025 i.e. during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 14.09.2025 i.e. within the time stipulated and right to sue survives. Hence, the application is allowed. Permission is granted to the appellants to bring names of legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1 on record.
