Learned counsel for the appellants as well as the learned counsel for the respondent jointly submit that the parties have compromised the controversy and the consent terms are signed by all the parties. They have jointly filed this application under Order XXIII Rule 3 of CPC for seeking compromise decree.

It is stated that the appellant No.1(B) who is Power of Attorney Holder on behalf of all other appellants and so also the respondent are personally present. 6.
A joint application dated 11.03.2026 is tendered across the bar. The same is taken on record and accordingly, it be registered.

In view of the consent terms mentioned in the joint application, the second appeal is disposed of and a compromise decree be drawn-up accordingly.

In view of this, civil application is allowed. SECOND APPEAL NO.293 OF 2018 9.
Since, the controversy is settled by the parties and the joint application under Order XXIII Rule 3 of CPC is allowed, the second appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. Pending civil applications are also disposed of.
