It is contended that notice issued to Respondent Sole received back unserved for want of correct address. In the application appellant is providing correct address of Respondent Sole.

Thus, the appellants want to issue notice to the respondent on corrected address.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the respondent, returnable within four weeks.
