These are applications for seeking condonation of delay of 175 days in bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant on record, for setting aside abatement and bringing legal representatives on record. The learned Advocate for the respondent states that he has no objection for allowing the applications since parties are exploring possibility of out of Court settlement. In view of the above, delay of 175 days caused in filing application for bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant on record is condoned, abatement of appeal against appellant is set aside and permission is granted to bring the names of legal representatives of deceased appellant on record. 2.

Necessary correction be carried out on or before 04.04.2026.
