No. 403/2026 in Second Appeal No. 374/2010 Coram : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) Dated : 26/03/2026 This application is filed by the appellant for bringing legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 - Tilakchand S/o Sampat Meshram on record. It is stated in the application that Respondent No.1 died on 05.01.2026. The copy of death certificate is enclosed with application. Hence, the Appellant pray for bringing the names of legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 on record.

It appears that the respondent No.1 expired on 05.01.2026 i.e. during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 17.03.2026 i.e. within the time stipulated and right to sue survives. Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the appellant to bring names of legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1 on record. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
