By the present application, the appellant prays for referring the matter for mediation to explore the possibility of settlement.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent -NIT has filed Pursis and stated that without prejudice to the rights of the respondent - NIT, shown willingness for referring the matter to the Mediator.

It is further canvassed that Shri Anil Rathod, Executive Engineer, Gunthewari Section of NIT shall participate the mediation proceeding on behalf of the NIT and shall extend wholehearted co-operation.

With the consent of the parties, Shri Shridhar Purohit, learned Mediator is appointed to settle the dispute.

Therefore, appellant Shri Raju Hindustani @ Rajkumar Bhavnani and Shri Anil Rathod, Executive Engineer Gunthewari Section of NIT shall appear before Shridhar Purohit, learned Mediator on 06/05/2026. 6.

Thereafter, the learned Mediator shall submit the report as early as possible.
