C.A.S. No. 508/2026 in Second Appeal No.31/2024 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 23.04.2026 The application is taken out by appellants to correct the address of Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 8. It is contended that notice issued to aforesaid respondents received back unserved for want of correct and detailed address. In the application appellants are providing correct address of aforesaid respondents.

Thus, the appellants want to correct the address of aforesaid respondents by making necessary amendment in the cause title.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to aforesaid respondents returnable within four weeks.
