No. 511/2026 in Second Appeal No. 193/2019 Coram : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) Dated : 23/04/2026 This application is filed by the appellant for bringing the names as legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.1(i) - Ganesh S/o Mahadev Potdukhe on record. It is stated in the application that respondent No.1(i) died on 02.01.2026.

The copy of death certificate is enclosed with application. Hence, appellant prays for bringing the names as legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1(i) on record.

It appears that the respondent No.1(i) expired on 02.01.2026 i.e. during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 18.02.2026 i.e. within the time stipulated and right to sue survives. Hence, the application is allowed. Permission is granted to the applicant to bring names as legal represtnatives of the deceased respondent No.1(i) on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
