It is contended that notice issued to Respondent No. 1(B) received back unserved for want of correct and detailed address. In the application appellants are providing correct address of Respondent 1(B). Thus, the appellants want to correct the address of Respondent No.1(B).

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
