It is stated in the Pursis that the parties have arrived at out of Court settlement of the dispute and therefore, the legal representatives of the deceased appellant do not wish to prosecute the appeal further.

In that view of the matter, application for condonation of delay in bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant on record and setting aside abatement and application for bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant on record are allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.
