The sole applicant has expired on 20.02.2025. The learned advocate for the applicant states that the application for condonation of delay is filed inordinately not realizing that the limitation for filing application for bringing legal representatives on record will not be governed by Article 120 of the Limitation Act. 2.

Limitation for bringing legal representatives of deceased applicant on record in a civil revision application is of three years and not ninety days, as prescribed in a civil suit or an appeal. Therefore, the application is filed within limitation. Application is disposed of as not pressed. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAC) No.26 of 2026 3.

Since the application is filed within limitation, application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out on or before 30.04.2026.
