This application is taken out for correcting the address of the respondent no.1.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Necessary corrections be carried out in the cause title of the petition within a period of one week. The application is disposed of accordingly.

CONTEMPT PETITION NO. 330 OF 2023 After the amendment is carried out, issue fresh notice to the respondent no.1 on correct address, returnable on 30.03.2026 2.

The petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent no.1 by private mode in addition to the regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioners shall pay costs of Rs.500/-(Rs.
