Civil Application No (CAN). 03/2026 in Contempt Petition NO. 62/2024 in Writ Petition No. 1480/2021 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 14.01.2026 By this application, the applicant/ petitioner prays for substitute the name of respondent nos.1 & 2 by way of amendment.

It is stated in the application that the notices issued to the above said respondents received back unserved with bailiff report that the authorities of the respondent no.1 informed that the respondent no.1 is retired and respondent no. 2 is not entrusted with any charge of departments in Mantralaya. Thus, the applicant/ petitioner wants to amend the nomenclature of Respondent Nos.1 & 2.

Since, the application of the applicant is formal in nature and on solemen affirmation, the same is allowed. Permission is granted to amend the nomenclature of Respondent Nos. 1&2. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to aforesaid respondents, returnable within four weeks.
