The applicant has rightly pointed out that this Court while passing this order dated 09.01.2026 was dealing with an application filed by the respondent seeking permission to deposit the amount. As such, the order should have been mentioned that the application filed by the respondents is disposed of. However, inadvertently it is recorded that the Contempt Petition stands disposed of. Hence, the application is allowed.

As such, Clause 5 be deleted from the order dated 09.01.2026 and corrected order be uploaded.
