It is stated in the application that notice issued to Respondent sole received back unserved as the Respondent sole refused to take the same due to wrong name. The applicant in the application has provided the correct name and address of R-sole. Hence, the applicant wants to make necessary amendment in the cause title and to serve aforesaid respondent on correct name and address.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the Respondent returnable within four weeks.
