Pravin Yuvraj Zoad has already filed his reply on behalf of Respondent No.3, so, there is no need to serve respondent No.3 on different address and carry out amendment in that regard as per order dated 17/09/2025 passed by Registrar (Judicial) in C.A.N. No. 94/2025. Hence, the petitioner prays for deleting the name of Shri. Padmakar Patil and in his place for adding the name of substituting the name of Shri. Pravin Yuvraj Zoad as respondent No.3.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
