It is stated in the application that the notice issued to Respondent No.2 received back unserved on ground that Respondent No.2 had retired from his post. It is further statend in the application that Shri. Shivkumar S. Muddamwar is newly appointed in place of Shri. Girish O.

Bharti (Retired). It is further stated in the application that the petitioners have provided correct address of Respondent No.2. Hence, the petitioners want to amend the name and address of aforesaid respondent in the cause title. Petitioners have also prayed to serve aforesaid respondent by way of Hamdast, R.P.A.D.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is partly allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to respondent No.2 returnable by four weeks.

Hamdast be granted. Permission to serve through RPAD is granted. Necessary postage be provided.
